Because Just Ducky delivers made-to-order clothing, you will not be able to return clothing items for a cash refund. We will gladly exchange a garment for a different size or give you a merchandise credit. There are NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON MONOGRAMMED ITEMS.

If you order online and receive a merchandise credit for a return, you must call our toll-free number to order a replacement item with your credit.

We stand behind our garments 100%. Cash refunds may be allowed for any defective merchandise.

Please be sure that all returns & exchanges are made within 30 days of receipt to receive full credit.
